Rebeca Mosquera, a Board Member of ArbitralWomen, has been appointed as an ICC YAF Regional Representative for North America, with effect from 5 August 2021. Rebeca is an associate at Akerman in New York where she acts as counsel in international arbitration disputes in the energy, renewables, construction, and transport sectors. She has been selected by Latinvex as one of Latin America’s Top 100 Female Lawyers and recognized by Who’s Who Legal as a Future Leader in Arbitration. More recently, Rebeca was honoured among the New York Law Journal’s Rising Stars. She is qualified in Panama and New York.
