Rachel Turner has been promoted to partner at Pinsent Masons in Shanghai, effective 1 May 2023. Rachel counsels clients on their claims, disputes and dispute avoidance measures, with a focus on engineering, infrastructure and energy projects. Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish and Mandarin, she has wide experience advising on arbitrations and litigation. Rachel has also been recognised as a “Rising Star” by Legal 500 Asia Pacific.
