Nathalie Voser has launched a new boutique disputes firm named rothorn Legal which opened in Frankfurt and Zurich on 2 November 2020. The new firm will specialize in cross-border disputes focusing on arbitration. Nathalie previously was a partner at Schellenberg Wittmer in Zurich for the past 25 years. She is a Vice President of the LCIA and on the boards of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). Nathalie frequently serves as arbitrator and counsel in commercial and investment disputes and teaches at the University of Basel. Nathalie has been recognized as “Global Elite Thought Leader” by Who’s Who Legal in the field of construction arbitration.
