Nadia Ohlhoff-Smahi has been appointed as Vice-President of the AIJA International Arbitration Commission, effective 25 August 2023. Nadia is a Senior Associate in the Geneva office of Lenz & Staehelin, where she practices in Arbitration and Litigation. She speaks English, French and German, and has degrees from the University of Geneva (MLaw, BLaw) and Stockholm University (LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration Law). Nadia has been ranked as a “Future Leader” by Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration since 2021, with clients and peers referring to her as a “leading practitioner of her generation” and as a “hardworking practitioner with a great reputation”.
