Miriam Rose Ivan L. Pereira has been appointed as a Public Relations Officer of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA), effective 1 October 2021. Miriam is Counsel at Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners’ Tokyo office and has been with the firm for over 10 years. She is a registered foreign lawyer, licensed in the Philippines and New York. Apart from international arbitration, and cross-border litigation and investigation matters, she regularly supports Japanese clients in their cross-border deals in Asia, the United States, and Europe involving funds, financing, licensing, sales, business alliances, joint ventures, acquisitions, transfers, etc., as well as foreign clients concerning their business activities in Japan.
