The ArbitralWomen Board invites ArbitralWomen members to submit a statement of interest to serve as ArbitralWomen’s representative at the forthcoming UNCITRAL Working Group III (Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform) 50th Session. The session will be held from 20-24 January 2025 in Vienna, Austria.
ArbitralWomen has observer status with UNCITRAL and is invited to send a representative as an observer which may participate in the Working Group’s deliberations. Information about UNCITRAL’s rules of procedure and methods of work are available here.
Please submit statements of interest to Mary Thomson (mary.thomson@pacificchambers.com) and Cherine Foty (cfoty@cov.com) on the UNCITRAL Committee by 24 November 2024. Indicate your availability and ability to travel to Vienna for the entirety of the session dates, and provide a paragraph explaining why you are interested in: (i) attending the UNCITRAL Working Group III session, and (ii) serving as ArbitralWomen’s representative in that context.
