Marie Berard has been appointed as a member of the LCIA Court, with effect from 6 May 2021. Marie has been a Partner with the International Commercial Arbitration group of Clifford Chance based in London since 2012. She is a French/UK dual national with over 18 years of experience in international arbitration, with a specific focus in the energy, oil & gas, construction and finance sectors. She regularly sits as an arbitrator and is Vice President of the LCIA European Users’ Council. She is also a member of the ICC UK Nominations Sub-Committee. Marie has been recognized by Who’s Who Legal, Chambers and Legal 500.
