Lucy Winnington-Ingram has been promoted to Counsel at Reed Smith, effective 1 January 2024. Lucy is based in London. She advises on international arbitration, particularly cases relating to investment treaty arbitration and public international law. Lucy has been involved in cases in the mining, energy, construction, and telecommunications sectors. She is ranked as an “associate to watch” in Chambers UK 2022-2024 for both Investor-State Arbitration and Commercial Arbitration. Lucy is also ranked as a “rising star” in The Legal 500 UK for Public International Law (2022-2024) and International Arbitration (2024).
