Lauren Rasking been promoted to Counsel in the Belgian Arbitration and Litigation department of A&O Shearman, effective 1 May 2024. She started her career at the firm in 2011, worked in the London arbitration group and now heads the Belgian arbitration team. Lauren acts as counsel and arbitrator and her practice focusses on complex domestic and international arbitration proceedings across a number of fields, including M&A, infrastructure, transport, energy, construction and life science. She is listed as a Rising Star in Dispute Resolution by Legal 500, Belgian delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and is also co-chair of CEPANI40, the network of under-40 arbitration practitioners of Belgian arbitration institute, CEPANI.
