Judith Mulholland has been promoted to Partner at Baker McKenzie in London, with effect from 1 July 2021. Judith has acted in numerous arbitrations across a variety of industries but has a particular focus on energy, infrastructure and corporate disputes. She is currently acting in parallel ICC and ICSID proceedings against Georgia in relation to a cancelled deep water port project. Judith is actively involved in Baker McKenzie’s women’s network in London and the Middle East and in the firm’s WomenInArbitration group globally.
