Judith Levine has been appointed as President of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), effective 5 June 2024. Judith is a leading independent arbitrator with over 20 years of international dispute resolution experience. Since establishing her practice as arbitrator in Sydney in 2020, Judith has sat as arbitrator in over 40 international disputes, including investor-state, commercial contract, and sports arbitrations. Before moving home to Australia, she worked for over a decade at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, as Senior Legal Counsel, and prior to that, for five years in the arbitration practice of White & Case in New York.
