Iuliana Iancu, Partner at Hanotiau & van den Berg in Brussels, has recently been elected as an ICC YAF Representative for Belgium, Luxembourg, Romania and Bulgaria, effective 28 September 2021. Iuliana acts arbitrator, counsel and tribunal secretary in commercial and investment cases. She is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, ICCA and the CEPANI. Iuliana is a founding member of the Young Romanian Arbitration Practitioners, the Vice President of the Belgian Chapter of the Spanish Arbitration Club and cooperates with multiple other international arbitration groups including Young ICCA, Young ITA, Arbitral Women, AIJA, CEPANI40, and Young ICSID. Iuliana has been recognized as a Who’s Who Legal Future Leader.
