Hana Doumal has been appointed as Registrar of the British Virgin Islands International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC), the second registrar in its 5-year history, with effect from 25 January 2021. Hana previously worked in the international arbitration practices of Pinsent Masons and King & Wood Mallesons in Hong Kong and at Foley Hoag in Paris. She also has experience having worked in leading arbitral institutions, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in Washington, D.C. Hana is admitted to the Paris Bar (currently omitted), and works in French, English, and Spanish.
