 places heavy emphasis on technical excellence\, yet many of the skills tha
 t determine&nbsp\;long-term success are rarely &ldquo\;taught&rdquo\;. Man
 aging clients\, reading tribunals\, navigating difficult conversations\, l
 eading&nbsp\;without formal authority\, and building one&rsquo\;s professi
 onal profile are learned through experience. This breakfast event sets&nbs
 p\;out to canvass those lessons openly and candidly\, for arbitration prac
 titioners who are transitioning from &ldquo\;doing the work&rdquo\;&nbsp\;
 to &ldquo\;owning the work.&rdquo\; Rather than simply highlighting polish
 ed success stories\, it will focus on mistakes\, challenges\, and&nbsp\;tu
 rning points\, and the practical lessons they reveal. The aim is to normal
 ise honest conversations about the &ldquo\;soft skills&rdquo\;that underpi
 n a successful yet sustainable arbitration career.
