Quantum Fundamentals: Practical Guidance for Junior Arbitration Lawyers

This session is designed to provide junior arbitration lawyers with practical guidance on quantum fundamentals. Jointly organised by the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF), Oxera, and AA40, the event brings together experienced legal and economic practitioners to share hands-on insights into how quantum issues arise and are addressed in international arbitration — from selecting and instructing experts to engaging with opposing reports and preparing for the hearing.

Preceding the panel, there will be a networking reception, offering participants the opportunity to connect with peers and practitioners from across the arbitration community.
