National Courts and International Arbitration: Global Perspectives, Transnational Issue Estoppel and Beyond
The panel discussion will examine how the national courts in India, England & Wales, Germany, Hong Kong and Singapore approach international arbitration, including recent trends and developments in challenges to and enforcement of arbitral awards, the role and impact of international commercial courts, transnational issue estoppel and its implications for international dispute resolution, and developments that are likely to shape the relationship between national courts and international arbitration in the years ahead.
