This event will explore the procedural and legal complexities ofmass claims in arbitration, with a focus on recent high-profile cases. These include class action arbitration againsta crypto-currency platform at HKIAC, with hundreds of users seeking compensation for losses during a majortrading outage, Argentina’s experience with mass claims under investment treaties, and the bondholders actionsagainst Switzerland.
