Japan International Arbitration Week (JIAW) is a signature event in Japan, focusing on international arbitration and mediation held by the relevant organizations cooperatively, such as the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Japan Association of Arbitrators (JAA), the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) and Japan Federation of Bar Associations.
The Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) Global Arbitration Forum 2025 is held during Japan International Arbitration Week (25-29 November 2025). The Forum aims to explore Japan’s evolving role in international arbitration, with emphasis on the JCAA and Japan’s position in the global arbitration landscape. The Forum brings in a diverse mix of legal practitioners, business representatives, and ADR / arbitration institution experts from both Japan and abroad.
Dyah Paramita, Partner at ATD Law in association with Mori Hamada, will be one of the panelists of Session 6 on Friday, 28 November 2025, discussing about “Enforcement in Flux – Protecting the Global Currency of Arbitration.”
