Please join an all-female panel hosted by ArbitralWomen's London based Board Members during which we will hear from a range of users of arbitration about current hot topics and expectations for 2026 in the sectors most popular for arbitration - commodities, energy, banking & finance, construction and technology.
The panel will comprise an arbitrator, a barrister, an in-house counsel, a private practitioner and an expert plus an LCIA representative to give a wide range of perspectives, book ended by introductions / conclusions from ArbitralWomen London based Board Members. Each panellist will cover hot topics in one of the top five industry sectors from the LCIA’s annual casework report (Commodities, Banking & Finance, Energy and Resources, Construction, and Technology).
