What does it take to build a successful arbitration practice — and what does the Vis Moot have to do with it? Join us for an intimate fireside chat with Patrizia Netal, Vis Moot Director and leading arbitration practitioner, as she reflects on a career that has been deeply intertwined with the Moot community. In a personal and candid interview conducted by YAWP Steering Committee member Nicole, Patrizia will take us through her professional journey: From her early involvement with the Vis to her role today as Director, and the parallel development of her arbitration practice. Patrizia will share her perspective on balancing a demanding leadership role with an active practice, and what young practitioners can learn from staying connected to the Moot community long after the competition is over. Following the interview, we warmly invite all attendees to stay for a socialising session to connect with fellow ArbitralWomen and YAWP members, exchange experiences, and grow your network within the international arbitration community.
