Arbitration Across Borders: Legislative and Rule Reforms in Leading Seats
This panel will bring together practitioners to explore recent legislative, regulatory, and institutional developments shaping arbitration across leading seats, including the US, UK, France, Singapore, and Latin America. Speakers will discuss updates such as the UK’s new Arbitration Act, France’s proposed reforms, SIAC’s updated rules, and evolving frameworks in Latin America. Through a comparative lens, the discussion will highlight how these changes may influence practice and procedure globally, offering insights into the future of international arbitration.
The panel is organized and supported by the following young members’ groups: Young ArbitralWomen Practitioners (YAWP), Singapore Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (SG VYAP), the Dominican Chapter of VYAP (DO VYAP) and the New York Chapter (NY VYAP) as well.
