DESCRIPTION:ABOUT THE EVENT
 The Toolkit is a half-day training course for
  all those who want to make a difference to Diversity. A half-day of mini-
 lectures\, video clips\, participatory exercises and guided workshops help
 s participants to make the business case for diversity\, and to recognize 
 the unconscious biases that make Diversity difficult.  The goal is for ea
 ch person to leave the workshop with a personal diversity plan - a goal th
 at is achievable in that person's circumstances by a series of actions lea
 ding to behavioural. Change.
