Eva Chan has been elected as Young ICCA co-chair, effective 2 January 2024, and will serve a two-year term. An associate at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in New York, Eva is a graduate of Harvard Law School, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and New York University. In 2022, she was appointed as one of three regional ambassadors in the United States to HK45, the young members’ arbitration group of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center. She also serves as secretary to the Working Group on Cybersecurity in International Arbitration, formed by the International Council for Commercial Arbitration, the New York City Bar Association and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution.
