Dania Fahs has been promoted to Middle East Regional Director for Business Development of Arbitration and ADR for the ICC, effective 1 September 2021. Dania has worked at the ICC since 2018 as Deputy Director of the MENA Region. She previously spent nearly a decade working as a partner at the Lebanese firm Berti Law in Beirut. She moved to the UAE in 2014 and joined Al Tamimi & Company in their corporate commercial department. Prior to joining the ICC, Dania worked in-house at Oracle as Senior Legal Counsel. She is a former lecturer in Business Law at the American University of Beirut.
