Dana MacGrath, President of the Board of ArbitralWomen, has joined commercial litigation and arbitration funder Bentham IMF. Dana will be responsible for leading the company’s investment in international arbitration matters. She has extensive experience in the field of international arbitration both as counsel and arbitrator. Prior to joining Bentham IMF, Dana was a partner at Sidley Austin LLP in its international arbitration practice. She has been recognized in various directories including Chambers USA and Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration. Dana is co-chair of the CPR Institute Arbitration Rules Revision Committee and a member of the CPR Arbitration Committee. She is an adjunct professor of law at Brooklyn Law School, where she teaches a seminar on international commercial arbitration and coaches the Brooklyn Vis Moot team. Dana is the immediate former Chair of the Arbitration Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
