Capucine du Pac de Marsoulies has joined the Paris-based law firm De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés as Senior Counsel and Strategic Advisor for Africa, effective 1 September 2021. Capucine began her career in Dakar, Senegal and thereafter spent ten years at the French firm Jeantet in Paris. She is a specialist in commercial and investment disputes based on the African continent, particularly in the OHADA area, and co-founder of the young practitioners’ group AfricaArb. Capucine has particular experience in the extractive and energy sectors. She also sits as an arbitrator.
