On 17 November 2025, ArbitralWomen held a closed, Members-only session with Claudia Salomon, President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC Arbitration), in conversation with Dana MacGrath, former President of ArbitralWomen and a Member of the Advisory Council.
 
The candid and forward-looking conversation provided speakers and participants a forum for engaging in honest exchanges and thoughtful reflection.
 
We touched on:

Claudia also spoke about the skills and strategic choices that practitioners and arbitrators should be building now to navigate the future of our field, offering significant insights for AW Members seeking to engage further with the ICC.
 
Such closed-door sessions are intentionally not recorded, giving our community the chance to engage directly with global leaders, ask the questions that matter, and connect beyond the surface level.
