Marjolein van den Bosch-Broeren has been appointed Managing Director of Raedas’s new Singapore office, effective 1 November 2025. Admitted to the Amsterdam and New York Bars, she has over twenty years’ experience in cross-border litigation, arbitration, and enforcement, with a focus on Southeast Asia. Marjolein previously practised with Houthoff and Stibbe in the Netherlands and served as in-house counsel with Aboitiz Equity Ventures in the Philippines. Before joining Raedas, she was Head of Enforcement (APAC) with Omni Bridgeway in Singapore and is recognised for her expertise in complex cross-border enforcement and arbitration matters.
Each year ArbitralWomen provides support to a number of Teams who participate in dispute resolution competitions, such as the Vis or Vis East International Arbitration Moot by covering their registration fee.
