Young ArbitralWomen Practitioners (YAWP) Steering Committee member Allison Torline has been made a partner at Busse Disputes, a boutique arbitration firm based in Frankfurt, Germany, effective 1 September 2025. A U.S.-trained lawyer who is fluent in German, Allison is an established practitioner in the German and European market with a decade of experience in international arbitration. Allison serves as counsel and arbitrator. She has been repeatedly recognized by Who's Who Legal (renamed Lexology Index), Global Arbitration Review, and Best Lawyers/Handelsblatt. Allison was also recently selected to serve on the CPR Institute’s Y-ADR Steering Committee.
Each year ArbitralWomen provides support to a number of Teams who participate in dispute resolution competitions, such as the Vis or Vis East International Arbitration Moot by covering their registration fee.
