ArbitralWomen members interested in international investment law and arbitration are invited to participate in Queen Mary University’s 10-week Online Executive Course, starting from October 2024.

This part-time program (which requires between 2 to 7 hours of study time per week) is primarily geared towards government and non-profit lawyers, but private practitioners are also welcome. The program covers key topics such as jurisdictional defences, substantive principles of protection, and ICSID arbitration practice. Led by Queen Mary University of London’s School of International Arbitration, this course offers live webinars by top legal experts in the field, and detailed lecture notes summarizing essential literature and caselaw.
