The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ArbitralWomen will be held virtually on Wednesday, 12 February 2025 at 9:00 EST / 14:00 GMT / 15:00 CET / 22:00 HKT.
The AGM provides an opportunity to hear updates from the Board of Directors on the activities and achievements of ArbitralWomen and its Members since the new Board took office in July 2024, as well as to discuss plans and ideas for future initiatives.
The AGM will last approximately 1.5 hours and the agenda is as follows:
- Welcome and attendance
- Treasurer’s report
- Committee reports on AW 2024 activities
- Q&A
Important: Only paid-up members may join the AGM. To ensure your participation, please confirm that your membership is up to date. If you are unsure of your membership status, contact awadministrator@arbitralwomen.org for assistance.
If you plan to participate, please confirm your participation by emailing registration@arbitralwomen.org no later than 5 February 2025 and indicate the region where you are based. Dial-in details for the AGM will be provided in a follow-up notice from ArbitralWomen Secretary Nata Ghibradze, ahead of the meeting.
