Anna Kozmenko has rejoined Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle as a partner in the Geneva office, effective 1 January 2024. She spent the past decade at Schellenberg Wittmer, where she became partner in 2019. A Russian national fluent in English, Russian, French and German, Kozmenko spent four years at Curtis in Paris and New York before joining Schellenberg in Zurich in 2014. Having practiced in Russia, France, the US, and Switzerland, she has significant experience acting as counsel and arbitrator and was involved in over 100 proceedings worldwide, including complex litigations, investment, commercial and sports arbitrations. She is recognized by leading directories as one of the top international lawyers of her generation and is ranked as one of the ten most highly regarded future leaders in the EMEA region by Who’s Who Legal.
