Alison FitzGerald has been promoted to the partnership of Norton Rose Fulbright, effective 1 January 2022. Alison’s practice focuses on international arbitration and international trade and investment. She has experience advising and representing clients in disputes across a range of industries, often involving states and state-owned entities. Alison also regularly advises clients on sensitive regulatory matters, including economic sanctions, bribery and corruption risks, and business and human rights. She has been recognized as a Future Leader in Arbitration by Who’s Who Legal and is repeatedly recommended for commercial arbitration by Lexpert. Alison is based in Ottawa, Canada.
