Kim Franklin QC has been elected to the Committee of the London Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators with effect from 23 April 2020, having previously served as a coopted member. Based in London, Kim practices from Crown Office Chambers and specialises in international arbitration, with particular focus on complex construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes. Kim is a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an accredited Construction Adjudicator and a member of the ICC UK Committee for Arbitration and ADR.
